I have never encountered such appalling customer service as I have with Cheapo Air. While the initial prices may seem enticing, the complete lack of empathy and assistance when dealing with real-life issues, such as family illness, is simply unacceptable. They are solely interested in your money, and their policies are designed to extract every last cent, even if you need to cancel a flight. You'll be charged fees upon fees, making the overall experience incredibly frustrating and costly. I strongly advise against using this app. Save yourself the headache and the heartache.
