I thought that the app seemed good at first, however I spent a LOT of time on some of the games and I’m now owed over 50,000 points that still haven’t been credited to my account. I chased them up on the matter, and customer support are useless. On one of the games I had to reach level 20, And I reached level 22 still with no reward. I sent them proof of completion and all they said was ‘you haven’t reached level 20 so you haven’t got the reward’ when the proof showed I was CLEARLY level 22. Automated reply much?
