I’ve loved Penguin Diner games ever since I played the first one when it was the only game out out of the three. What kept me playing the first game was the super satisfying sounds of the skates, customers, plates, etc. The story also kept me entertained. And to top it all off, it was free!! With Penguin Diner 3, the satisfying sounds are all there, and I love that they are. However, the problem is that, like many, many other reviews have been saying, the game is very much a Pay 2 Play.
