I booked an Uber yesterday and received an email saying it was confirmed. Then this morning at the last minute it said it was canceled. No reason! It was very stressful. And then there was no customer service phone number to call. Terrible service! I will use local taxi service from now on. I should be compensated for this horrendous ordeal!
