I’m not sure why they bothered with it. What’s really disconcerting is the reviews saying changes were promised years ago. Hire away someone who worked on Nest or something!! Between this and the bigger problem that the system in my house can’t communicate via WiFi to run a schedule (so a lower temp at night has to be done manually, every day) I’m really not sure this system was worth the premium cost
