Sometimes it doesn’t record your ansver and keep the conversation randomly. Not good

cancellation has been made so difficult that it is practically impossible. I recommend avoiding this app. Update: I will not update my review untill you show working cancellation button in app!!!

Hard to find connection, answers do not offer solutions. I do not need suggestion: “i’m sorry, please try again”, when the problem is regular error notification.
