I was using my card and thought that I was getting a coupon for a deal shopping and there were no rewards being issued? I reached out about rewards i hadnt received and crickets! I trusted this app and it hasn’t been giving me rewards points for the past six months? And now, apparently the points expire? No cash back? This is turning into a laughable app. I won’t be using my capital one card for shopping anymore. This app used to be the most amazing app on my phone! I like to begin my day by reading the verse of the day and doing a notes reflection. It was so handy because if I had already made notes on a particular verse I could see the reflection from years before. But now whenever scripture that I have made a note on comes up I can’t read my previous reflection on the note. I can’t track my spiritual growth. This makes me sad.
