I tried quitting so many times before. After getting this app it clicked into place for me. Being able to have a community, to have a count of the days free, and have milestones/badges to get, truly truly helped me quit and stay clean. It’s been 231 days and every time I get scared about a random craving- I pop on over to the app and take a look. Having this count of days helps so much, and it feels like a countdown. Almost to a year now, and when I hit that I’ll keep it going. It’s so relieving
