I have an Apple watch so I didn’t think I need this. However first setting a goal knowing if I meet it by 5pm or close or if my evening walk needs to be a little longer. Also have a GPS map of my walks is great. I also know if anytime I walk and wonder to long and have my headphones off loving life; my husband will know where I am. lol This app does so much more. It doesn’t hurt to download its free. I did decide to go premium after about a month. That’s what worked for me personally for a low yearly cost.
