Customizable 'Questions to Ask Doctor' list is nice, but the list disappeared the moment I entered the dr's office; all the questions were gone. Apparently it requires an internet connection (?) because it reappeared once I got home. That list is what made me feel in control, gave me peace of mind but when I needed it most it failed me. No warning. There's a place to add photos from camera, but no access to phone's existing photo library. The chart is too small to read. Some of my notes disappeared or failed to save.
