This app used to work. I could save videos to my camera roll of save to files. Now all of a sudden I can no longer save videos at all. When I try to save a videos it doesn’t give me the option to save to camera roll of files. When I go to my privacy settings SnapTk is set to “photos only” with no option for “Full Access”. All the other apps that I can save videos have “Full Access” listed in settings. In not siretha what’s going on but I just paid $60 for this app for year access and want a FULL refund of this problem can not be fixed. Please Help!
