Uber is honestly terrible. They charged me multiple times without me ordering or using anything. When I contacted them, they claimed there was no such charge, but my bank confirmed the money was taken by Uber as a subscription. What’s worse is that they don’t refund you, even when the charges are clearly theirs. They just keep going in circles and avoiding responsibility. The only way to contact them is live chat, which is absolutely useless and gets you nowhere. Bad service, zero transparency, and really poor customer support.
