We now have Heat Watch installed in all 72 of our buildings in the five boroughs of NYC. Long story short: if you’re not using Heat Watch in a multi family or commercial building you’re plain and simple wasting money. Heat Watch reduced our fuel consumption by over 24% on average per building AND the properties are more comfortable for tenants.
