Their captain stole my money ( more than 5 times the amount the fare ) and wouldn’t give it back in the wallet and above that he increased the fare of the ride and kept the journey running although I wasn’t in the car, i called him and he wouldn’t stop it and customer support wouldn’t do anything, I have been calling the support for more than a week now and they wouldn’t help or answer me, anyone wants a safe ride should find another app, horrible experience
