HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had to report these people to the FCC for a billing issue and still to this day after I closed my account because of the lack of communication, they are trying to charge me $2.09? No way! I had set autopay, every time the monthly payment is due, I had to go into settings and edit my card info because the expiration date was wrong. How? IDK. Then, when I fix the issue, they decide to charge $25 instead of the full $56. Then 3 days later, service is off because the full amount was not paid.
