This app is incredibly buggy. programming a shade is nearly impossible. You get wildly different results trying to perform the same procedure. You basically just have to do the same procedure over and over again until eventually it works… For a while, shades that were functional yesterday no longer work today sometimes shades just up and disappear from the app. Sometimes while trying to program the shade that was working yesterday again today the app will just crash. I would give this app a zero star rating if I could. I plan on returning all of my motorized shades and just getting ones with p
