I have had a series of not so nice stays even though I look for high ratings, great reviews and are willing to pay top dollar. What happened to the review system? I feel that people are not honest with their reviews and it costs me a lot of time to find decent stays but it’s super hard to find great ones.

I was in the designated Uber parking lot at DUS. There were 10-20 drivers smoking and chatting. I got assinged five drivers, each canceling the ride within a few seconds. I could not even locate the specific car in that time. There were other potential passengers with the same problem. It seems the drivers were scamming for cancellation fees. I never had such a bad Uner experience before. Today is Sep 21, 2025, around 6 PM. Feedback in the app is nearly impossible to give, because no ride has taken place. Please fix this situation.

And on web, I cannot use AI on iPad because the banner at the bottom that wants me to switch to this app is blocking the AI button to confirm my work. Awful!

Anytime you want to change your subscription, you have to go through an arduous chat and give all your details every time. This is so 1990.
