If you have any problems with capital one shopping GOOD LUCK. They have no customer service whatsoever. I had a problem with one of my rewards, and since there is no help via the website I called Capital one, after being on the phone for an hour and being transferred twice, I finally was given an email to send a message to, which bounced, gave me the link to another email, which said they were no longer receiving emails, which directed me back to the help page to a hidden form submission request, I am still waiting to hear back. I will probably be cancelling my charge and deleting the capi
