Downloads frequently do not work. If you close the app the downloads can all be lost(assuming they even worked in the first place). Tech support tells you to delete the app and reinstall it which is of no use. App needs some serious fixes. Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Netflix have no issues with downloads on their apps.
