We paid for the bitdefender security that‘s offered by netgear. Worked fine for the first year, renewed before our service ended but the renewal status has not been updated to our network in 3 months and counting. We‘ve called tech support, we‘ve done tech support chats and emails, no one seems to want to help, they do whatever they can to get you to end the call or chat and tell you someone will call back or follow up.
