This App is a great addition to the Good Measures web service! It makes it so much easier to track your GMI when you can log on the go. If you spend a little time entering in your foods online it makes the My Index app that much better; these days it takes me practically a few seconds to log one of my regular lunches! Lately, I have really been getting into their meal suggestions, there is really nothing else out there like this!
