Terrible customer service, pay to win mechanics, and if you figure out a way to win without paying, they will ban you; no joke it happened to me. One day I logged in and my entire team got nuked. I went back and forth with PG for 2 days, and they NEVER answered my questions, whenever I would send a new email they would literally respond with the exact same script.
