So I am actually a big fan of Crunchyroll, However recently I needed to interact with their customer support. This might be one of the most difficult things I have ever done. I have spent the last week attempting to get them to answer a question. It’s clear they are not reading what I actually write and just responding with cut and paste responses that make zero sense with the question asked. I went from wanting some answers to couple questions to wanting to cancel my membership after dealing with the horrible disrespect.
