The Live Ride function no longer works. It used to be great. Moovit+ would wake me up two stops before my bus stop to alert me to start getting ready to get off the bus. But since end of September or beginning of October 2025, every time I try to use Live Ride, it says "Try again - Live Ride could not start because this line isn't active right now." Not active? I'm literally on the that bus line right now! The bus picked me up, it's moving, and it's dropping me off. How is it not active???
