SimCity is a great game. I have been off and on this game for years, and just started up again with a new city. I have reached level 17, so now I have medical service, police, and fire. Every time i load up the game to play, either the medical, fire, or police, sometimes 2 at a time, the territory turns red for a couple buildings even though i have plenty of service buildings, and plenty of service demand for every building. Sometimes it is the same building, sometimes its a different one, but literally every single time I have to move and move back the service buildings and divvy out what res
