The customer service department has to be THE WORST EVER. 99.9% of them DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH very well plus they give contradictory information and statements. A supervisor will tell you one thing but their agents and other supervisors will tell you something else. If I could give them ZERO OR NEGATIVE AMOUNTS OF STARS I WOULD absolutely do that.
