For starters, the first sentence spoken by the AI already has a grammar mistake! “Hi! I’m Elsa your personal English tutor.” — this should have a comma after ‘Elsa’! The quality of the AI voice seems very dated; feels like back in 2015. The synthetic speech has many speech artifacts and feels artificial. The app lets you choose a preferred accent for the tutor, but then the daily lessons are always in American English — why?? Besides these annoyances, the content just does NOT seem to be properly curated by humans who are English natives and have the corresponding linguistics training.
