On the recent tab, it’s surprisingly easy to accidentally call somebody by tapping a recent call. The default function of tapping a recent call. Should not be to call the person back, but the show more information. There should be a call button for the current information button is.

Been using the app for years now, it works great and is honestly very nice and simple. It’s missing the niceties other larger American banks may offer but it’s otherwise quick and snappy and simple to understand. I do wish transfers felt a bit more responsive as they tend to feel like they hang, and that could be fixed with some UI/UX tuning. Lastly, they recently added a launch chime that drives me insane every time I open the app AND it seems to be playing on the media track on iOS cuz it will pause my music or podcast just to make sure I hear it. At the very least it should’ve been on the
