I’ve been trying to upgrade my trip through the app, but every time I click on the upgrade option, it simply redirects me to “Manage Trip” and then shows the same message: “Go to manage trip and try again.” I’ve exhausted all options in the app, and it just loops back to the same unhelpful message. There’s no clear guidance on what exactly needs to be done to complete the upgrade. On top of that, the app is painfully slow and unresponsive.
