Due to having some neurological problems, I have developed memory issues. Alexa has been so very helpful for me in too many ways to name. I keep all my lists on the app and then just ask her when I need to refer back to them. We also utilize the sleep sounds every single night, as I am a light sleeper and I have two large dogs that like to roam the house and a husband who snores. We have the devices throughout the house,so whenever I remember something I need to pick up at the store I just speak out to Alexa to add it to a certain list. That definitely helps me from forgetting to add it late
