Ranked as the last 5th airline in the world. Absolutely no customer service involved, only knows how to charge charge charge people. Full of hidden fees and traps laid for you to walk into. Did you know that they will stop you at the BOARDING GATE for “cabin bag inspection” that is poorly managed and it couldnt be ever more biased(be warned asians, good for you pretty ladies). Threatened to cancel my flight when I refused to pay for the cabin bag as I find it RIDICULOUS to pay for 1cm oversized cabin bag bought up for 2 people. No such problems with easyjet. Just switch to easyjet people! Sham
