This app is deep. If you really want to have an understanding of not only your sleep but also how your body and environment are playing a role then I wholeheartedly recommend this app. Compared to Apple Health, well, there is no comparison. AutoSleep laps it without any doubt and puts it to shame. However, learning to use it and its many features is an undertaking that I feel is important and thankfully they have a huge guide online to learn from.
