App Use
It seems that no matter how many times I use the app, it always gives the same problems. When signing in to the account, yesterday would recognize the password, but magically today it forgot it and won’t let me sign in. The proceeds to block you from even attempting to reset your password or trying to sign in a different way. Then the process for resetting the whole thing, includes calling to customer service and explaining the problem to them maybe be able to help out, good luck giving all the right info or they would not help out at all. Then have to start all over again with the app to try
