What a fantastic addition to Pine Mountain!! A wonderful variety of exercise classes and a 5 star environment. I have been going ever since they opened and Karen is top notch and so helpful, you will know she is a professional the minute you meet her. All the people are very friendly and it makes for a fun workout together. It is so comporting to know there is a physical Therapist like Jane whenever there is a need. I am very grateful !
