When getting asked the 3 questions, if you were given a break before five hours, when you scroll down (this is for the mobile app) you click on yes or no but the screen freezes. You have to click into one of the comments boxes to release the screen so you can scroll down to the next question. If you don’t start the screen in just the right position, there are times there is nothing you can click on, to free up the screen and have to start all over again.
