this game like most in this category is a pay to play situation. If you are free to play your account becomes unable to keep up within just a couple of seasons. Do not play ranged as the fighting troop types are not balanced. Cavs can decimate anything except tanks within a few seconds. Tanks are also more effective against the ranged troops than you would expect them to be. The plot line and story they created for the first couple of seasons was fun and was actually what had me so entertained by this game.
