Even though it helped a lot of people, I don’t see how it helped me. I got worse every day to the point the app was useless and only remind me of how bad i’m at getting better, and I have to pay to “upgrade”.. But, it did help me out on my first weeks. I recommend instead of using this app actually find someone that can help you.
