I’m working with an IPhone 13 Pro. I changed my phone number a couple days ago and now it doesn’t recognize me. I started using this app years ago. I genuinely love how it works. My only indifference is that it doesn’t recognize my new phone number. I tried to get “help” but the option isn’t current yet. When I click on “help,” it tells me they’re no longer available or have relocated. Aside from buying a new account, I can’t see a way out of the problem. I’m worried about loosing my old recordings if I update. Sure wish I had a “Help” option right now. Thanks for the great app. ~Happy User
