Really trying to be diplomatic here but I’m failing to see how Ticketmaster is anywhere near the top with an app that is as glitchy as this one is. First, it wouldn’t let me update my payment info…the button to submit was nowhere to be found. As a result, I was late getting into the queue for a recent presale. Guess that should teach me for not checking beforehand.
