Was offered a credit voucher on a fully refundable booking. It was only when I got upset and asked for a refund I was told it would take 60-90 days. This should be disclosed at the time of booking. Who wants to wait 3 months for a refund? I will never use this app again. They tried to get me to take a credit voucher instead of a refund. What a scam.
