This app was suggested by my insurance company. Unfortunately, it’s not very accurate. Many of the food listed do not have the correct nutritional information. The food measurements are inconsistent. IMO, everything should have standard measurements (grams/ounces, ounce/milliliters, etc) in addition to arbitrary measurements (#lettuce leaves, number of olives, etc). There’s no positive re-enforcement of food choices./Food suggestions that are contrary to articles. All in all a waste of time and effort.
