I’ve been a Zara customer since 2019, but for the first time, a brand new pair of pants I purchased was completely damaged after just one wash. When I visited the Zara store at Mall of the Emirates, I was told they couldn’t offer a refund because my receipt had expired. I usually wear new Zara items only on special occasions, and this time was no different, I wore the pants in August, though I bought them in mid-May. It’s disappointing that the quality was so poor. I didn’t expect such a product from Zara. This is my honest feedback, and I hope Zara takes better care in maintaining product
