Apple Card makes it almost impossible to get in touch with someone. You can’t call them and the text feature with the newest iPhone never works. Apple as a whole had went way down hills recently but this whole Apple savings and Apple Card rollout was a joke and Goldman sacs is the worst. After jumping through hoops just to get to finally talk to someone Apple Card keeps putting fraudulent charges back onto my account. I dispute the charge. They ask for proof that I don’t have because I was frauded and didn’t agree to be frauded and then they put the fraud charge right back on my account after
