I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life dealing with CheapOair, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers before they lose their money too. I booked my flight through CheapOair thinking I was getting a reliable and professional service. Everything seemed fine until I became seriously sick while I was preparing for my return flight. Due to my medical condition, I was physically unable to travel and tried to contact the company for support, flexibility, or at least basic human understanding. Instead of helping me like a legitimate travel company should, they canceled my booking
