Im disappointed with customer service team. I raised a complain since more that 20 items are missing in my order for no reason therefore i requested the online chat team as my customer right to be contacted and get further explanation by supervisor or responsible person but they reject my request because they only contact customer via email or social media! Even when it is their mistake! Poor after sale and delivery service i regret spending this much of amount
