Total regular user of grab and grabfood for years. But for a couple years now notice huge price differences with other ride apps like Gojek. Their food menu prices are jacked up compared to the restaraunts. They mislead you when they say “its busy we will now search both premium and standard cars” but if u say no and try getting the standard cars you most likely will get it right away. The dishonesty is what disgusts me now since the company is desperate to show a profit. The drivers themselves hate the app too cos Grab takes such a huge cut.
