Shading Function Not Working

The shading function does not work properly. When you already shaded a whole sentence and would want to apply the same function to another text found in the same page or another page, you cannot do it without selecting another color and going back to shading option again and choose the color that you originally want. Also, the shading function should be readily be available on the menu. It just adds up more work to search for the shading function itself.
