The app is very buggy and i dont think they ever do stress testing of the app. Always give some or the other technical error while streaming a popular match. On web i have to refresh the page every 30 mins or else the bein player crashes on its own. Their support/technical team has no knowhow of the app or technology. Called them everytime and as per them their app has no problem and probably customer itself has issues. Zero rating for their support service.
