I personally love the App. I recommend it to other veterans. However a lot of veteran population find the ID me process difficult. Population such as our Older veteran that are not computer savvy on their Mobil device will not use it. The other population that treat are veterans with TBI they all get frustrated with the process and won’t use it. A possible solution to this issues would be to provide would be to ask first do you need any help finding it using it or setting it up? Could increase its use
