I purchased a tour on the morning of May 29th and was at the designated pick-up point half an hour beforehand. We were not picked up and had to wait there for a full two hours. The tour guide only called once and asked for my email address. I was only able to speak to him once. I told him I was at the pick-up point and waiting there. After that, I couldn't reach him again. Despite repeatedly calling and messaging the tour guide, he didn't respond, and because of this, I missed the tour. I request a refund of the tour fee.
